Exercise Programs

WTF exercise program is a 50-minute High-Intensity Group Fitness Class incorporating traditional boxing, kickboxing, MMA strength and conditioning methods, trampoline workout routines, spin-bikes, assault bikes, inertia band and battle rope routines. Goal Training

Warrior Training Facility lives by the principal that each and EVERY client should leave our facility mental, spiritually and emotionally stimulated and injury free. The second most important goal is to have good old fashion FUN. If you enjoy what you’re doing it doesn’t feel like work, and with that mentally positive result are inevitable.

Weight Training

WTF philosophy and ideology allows you to attain you desired look without a ton of heavy weight “ego lifting.” The weights WTF utilizes and the way in which we utilize it is primarily for mobility and functional training. WTF’s goal is longevity, joint integrity training. High impact effective workouts that are Less stress on the joints, thus preventing injuries that will keep you out of the gym.
