I am Troy Quick, a fitness expert with over three decades of experience in the fitness industry. My passion for fitness was sparked in 1988. During that time I attended Cortland State University, where I competed in my first bodybuilding show.

Throughout the years, I expanded my knowledge and expertise in the areas of wellness, nutritional health, overall fitness and combat sports. As a certified natural bodybuilding pro and a Post -certified police officer, I dedicated my life to helping others transform their bodies and minds.
